Dr. Litoff Africa 2008 Trip
July 2008 Dr. Litoff returned to Africa on a humanitarian mission to Rwanda and Uganda. This trip benefited WE-ACTx an Aids treatment organizaton for women in the capital Kigali. In Uganda the group visited several medical and development projects helping those affected by HIV/AIDs.
