Tania Mikaitis
Tania is our Geriatric Advanced Practice Nurse.
She has special training in clinical assessment and is licensed to
prescribe medications under the supervision of our physicians. Tania
visits our nursing home and sub-acute rehabilitation patients in between
our regular visits. This provides an extra level of service in the
skilled nursing home setting.
